All orders are carefully packaged in our signature Montavero boxes with gold accents. Fragrances are protected with premium cushioning materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's journey in real-time through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact our concierge team immediately for a replacement.
We want you to love your Montavero fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
Not the right scent? We offer complimentary exchanges for a different fragrance. Our concierge team can help you find a scent that better suits your preferences.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging with all security seals intact. Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.
